Tom is currently a Masters of Law and Diplomacy candidate at Fletcher studying the intersection of development economics, international finance and international economic policy. He previously worked at the Australian Department of Finance as a policy analyst working on federal budget strategy, and most recently interned with the U.N.'s global economic monitoring unit performing macroeconomic analysis of global development issues. Tom is originally from Canberra, Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Sydney.
Quinn Rask is a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy candidate, focusing on international security and international political economy. Before Fletcher, Quinn spent five years working in DC on a range of issues, including defense, national security, technology, and energy. Most recently, Quinn worked with the office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis at the Department of Energy on the Quadrennial Energy Review, a presidentially-mandated policy report on the future of the energy sector in the United States. Quinn completed his undergraduate education at Tufts, earning a BA in International Relations, and Middle Eastern Studies.
